Tracey gave my Mom such a lovely send off ❤️ She spent so much time before the ceremony discussing the details of my Mother’s life and then involved us every step of the way. She made suggestions, was always happy to listen and spoke to us both before the ceremony and after to check that all was how we wanted it to be. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She took such time and care in putting the eulogy together, describing my dad and his life perfectly — it felt like she really understood who he was. Tracey explained every stage of the process clearly and kept me informed throughout, which meant so much during such a difficult time. I felt genuinely supported from start to finish, and her calm, assured presence helped me feel strong and steady on the day itself. Knowing I was in such safe hands lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. Tracey even went above and beyond by liaising with the cemetery to ensure the service and the scattering of ashes ran smoothly, allowing me to focus on remembering dad and looking after family and friends rather than worrying about logistics.I truly can’t recommend Tracey highly enough. Firstly, I would like to comment on the amount of effort you put into creating and delivering such a beautiful and highly professional service. You offered true professionalism, you appeared to own the room from the first moment you walked onto screen. I could feel the ‘trust’ that the family and friends could have in you as you spoke.
I felt that I could ‘trust’ you to deliver an excellent service and you certainly did exactly that!
I felt your manner and approach was genuine, honest, yet very compassionate. You read the words with a beautiful mix of empathic understanding, as well as sympathy. The pace of your voice was ‘wow’ oh so gentle and your words flowed beautifully
I felt that you read the ceremony with the most delicate and warm tone and I felt that you delivered the service from your heart. You spoke with passion, commitment and tenderness.
I admire your work Tracey, you are truly meant to do this and your delivery appears to come so naturally from you.
